These Terms govern the Site. The Site is run by the operator of mutex.trade (“we,” “us”). There is no company named in these Terms.
We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank, adviser, or licensed firm. We are not registered with any financial regulator.
Using the Site means you accept these Terms. If you do not, leave.
A software interface. It may show data, connect your wallet to third-party protocols (including Uniswap, Jupiter, Lighter and others), and offer optional evaluation / paper-trading tools (the “Program”).
Those protocols are not us. We do not hold your keys or your assets.
Labels such as “funded,” “prop,” or “desk” mean simulated / notional size unless we say otherwise in writing. You send signals. You do not trade our live book and you have no claim on it.
Any live trade we place uses our own funds, at our discretion. We may hedge our own exposure to the Program with our own funds on our own account, and you have no claim on that account or anything in it.
Any payment we make is a discretionary reward, not an investment return, wage, or share of a fund. You do not deposit trading capital with us. A challenge fee is a software fee.
Features can break or disappear. Beta means unfinished software. It does not mean the Site is secret.

Nothing on the Site is an offer or advice. You can lose fees you paid us and funds in your own wallet.
Do not break these Terms, use the Site from a blocked place, abuse the Program, sell accounts, or attack the Site.
The Site and Program are provided as is and as available. No warranties.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or failures of wallets, chains, or third-party venues.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the Site or Program in the 90 days before the claim. If you paid nothing, that amount is zero.
You will cover us for claims from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or use from a blocked place.
We may change these Terms by posting them on the Site. We may pause or shut the Site. Keep using it and you accept the new Terms.
